Take-Home Architecture

This paper sculpture really puts my humble crane to shame.
Artist Ingrid Siliakus developed this work inspired by the designs of Gaudi and Escher, after she learned about architectural origami developed by Masahiro Chatani. The sculpture is laser-cut then assembled and scored by hand. I spent a solid five minutes staring it before I snapped out of it and decided to share it.
It is available for purchase at Upon a Fold.
