Happy Valentine's Day!

I love Valentine's Day.

I don't think it needs to be about commercialism or a stale box of chocolates (although, I'll take chocolates if anyone's giving them to me). It just needs to be about sending a message - I love you and I value you. Whether it's about romance, friendship or family.

 I plotted some sweet thing for my darling yesterday because I had the day off and the plans were rather time-intensive. I'll post some pictures of what I did once I shoot them but for today please enjoy these lovely images from Samantha Hahn. I am a sucker for paper goods.

Throw in some type and hand-made elements, and I basically want to hand over my coin purse.

I found this wonderful work on HearBlack blog. It's run by an adorable blonde, tanned couple living in paradise. No, seriously, they live in Hawaii. They won my heart when they described how fun it is to send packages to friends or to strangers!
